At the start of the journey PC as known by many, was the single supplier of jams and cordials for the entire Kandy region. Later, the company took a shift to dehydrate vegetables and fruits which kept Mahaweli Canneries in the market up to date. Currently the main products are dehydrated vegetables and fruits, and ingredients for bakery products such as tutti frutti, Jam, Cordials and many more. Mahaweli Canneries have been a continuous supplier to Nestle Lanka for over 10 years and some of the other prominent customers are AB Mauri and Pelwatte Dairy Industries. Ms Pelpola's expertise, talent and long years of experience Mahaweli Canneries continue to be the experts in food processing industry to preserve the natural quality of fruit.
